bdt81 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdt81 ("bdt81", "the Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the website bdt81.org and all services, games, promotions, and features offered through it (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any form — including but not limited to browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, and automated accounts (bots) may not register or use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Any false or misleading information supplied during registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are permitted to hold only one active account at bdt81. The operation of duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one registered account. To create an account, you must provide a valid mobile phone number registered in your own name and create a secure password. bdt81 will verify your mobile number by SMS during the registration process. By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bdt81 will never ask for your password by phone, SMS, or any messaging application. You must notify bdt81 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Do not share your account login details — username, mobile number, and password — with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a unique, strong password for your bdt81 account that is not used on any other website or service.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device, including internet cafes or shared phones.
• Report any suspicious account activity, unrecognised login attempts, or unauthorised transactions to bdt81 support immediately via the official contact email.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdt81 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt81 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. bdt81 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following financial conditions apply to all Player accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however bdt81 may impose limits at its discretion for compliance or security reasons.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of Player funds.
• bdt81 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Players who refuse to complete verification may have their withdrawal request held until compliance is satisfied.
• All funds deposited using bonus credits or free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be initiated. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing rollover will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

bdt81 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your bdt81 account balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement before any portion may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Accepting a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
• bdt81 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• bdt81 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold related winnings if it suspects the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or staking patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational Players only. bdt81 may, at its sole discretion, decline to offer a promotion to any Player or group of Players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable laws, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system malfunction to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.

bdt81 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is identified, bdt81 may freeze the affected account, conduct an investigation, and take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to permanent closure of the account and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of bdt81 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from this Platform without the prior written consent of bdt81.

The bdt81 name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of bdt81. Third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt81, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, goods, or services obtained through the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not bdt81 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall bdt81's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, any portion of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdt81 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to bdt81's customer support team for resolution. bdt81 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bdt81's internal support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any further action. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bdt81 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdt81 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with your account. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform unless a later effective date is expressly stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting bdt81 support.
